SALON POLICIES
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please reschedule or cancel within 48 hours of scheduled appointment. Appointments cancelled under 48 hours of scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of services scheduled.
NO-SHOW POLICY
No-shows will be required to pay 100% of the services scheduled.
DEPOSITS
Non-refundable/non-transferrable deposit is required for all services. The deposit will go towards your scheduled service. The remaining balance is due the day of your appointment.
LATE ARRIVALS
We appreciate your business and understand that unforeseen events can arise. However, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. As a courtesy, we offer a 15-minute grace period, after which a $25 late fee will be charged. If you're more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled, and our cancellation policy will apply.
ADDITIONAL GUESTS
At this time, we kindly ask you to refrain from bringing additional guests, to include children, to your scheduled appointment.
REFUND POLICY
We do not offer refunds on any of our services. Please address any questions or concerns prior to leaving your appointment. If you are not completely satisfied with your services, you may request an adjustment of the same service within one week of original appointment date.
